Help Wanted: Part-Time Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role involves a mix of administrative support, light accounting tasks, customer communication, bank deposits and assistance with projects. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain professional communication via email and phone
- Support accounting tasks such as invoicing, tracking payments, and sending statements
- Help with software development-related tasks (no coding experience required, but willingness to learn is a plus)
- Perform other assigned duties to support day-to-day business operations
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Schedule:
- Part-time role with flexible scheduling
- 30 /- hours per week
