What You Will Be Doing:
The SVP, Operations role is responsible for ensuring that our non-loan operations deliver an exceptional client experience that is defect free, timely and caring. The position oversees strategy, team organization and development, and execution for all non-loan operational activities, including processing and maintaining customer deposit accounts, funds transfers and wires, and electronic banking, ensuring that our non-loan banking operations are accurate, efficient and compliant.
How You Will Get the Job Done:
- Leadership, Management & Accountability (LMA): Leads, manages and holds non-loan operational teams accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments and demonstrating a One Team mentality. Develops and implements a vision for team organization and economic value. Dependably demonstrates a relentless obsession with values alignment, customer service, focus, simplicity and clarity. Maintains a strong leadership presence, motivating staff and building commitment to the Bank’s priorities and direction.
- Products & Systems: Establishes and enforces processes and procedures governing all non-loan operations of the Bank. Implements and maintains the systems and technology to enable delivery of exceptional customer service, optimize production capacity and meet security and compliance standards.
- Product & Service Implementation: Collaborates with executive and banking leaders to develop and implement new products and services that deliver value to our clients.
- Customer Support: Ensures the delivery of defect free, timely and caring customer service to the Bank’s customers, including support provided in person, online, over the phone and through printed materials.

Professional & Educational Experience You Bring:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University
- Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in banking operations and 2 years of team management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred Experience: Knowledge and understanding of National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) rules; bank regulations including EFTA, BSA, AML, and OFAC; bank operations risk management, security standards, and fraud protection; core banking system and digital banking technology; automation and process improvement; and financial and accounting processes.

For this position, we anticipate a pay range between $100,000 and $150,000, annually. Final offers will vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and Bank performance.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and more with assistance.
