Key Responsibilities:
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns to the highest standards.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Perform shrub and tree pruning.
- Weed flower beds and maintain a clean, debris-free environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and meets Tradition Lawns' quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to our office on Pacetti Rd in St. Augustine.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- A strong commitment to safety and the well-being of your team.
