Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Concierge to work the overnight shift at our location in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents and guests as they arrive during the night shift.
- Assist with luggage and other items as needed.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information and directions to residents and guests.
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
- Perform light cleaning duties as needed.
- Handle any emergencies that may arise during the night shift.
- Handle and deliver mail and packages.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occassionally.
