Position : Housekeeper Location : Woodway Drive Houston, TX Job Id : # of Openings : 2 SUMMARY :
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the community's common areas and apartments. Ensures that residents, guests, and team members have a positive impression of the community as it relates to cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience cleaning in private or hospitality-based cleaning environments or equivalent experience and education.
- Ability to understand and operate cleaning equipment.
- Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English.
- Ability to interact positively with others.
- Demonstrates caring and compassionate attitude.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY : (Include those listed below and other duties as assigned by management)
- Vacuuming, mopping and sweeping floors
- Dusting common areas and apartments
- Scrubbing bathrooms and kitchens in apartments
