Build and maintain strong customer relationships through accurate and efficient management of daily transactions. Assess customer needs and provide information about additional products and services. Adhere to fraud prevention and audit standards as it relates to all transactional, operational, customer service and regulatory duties.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Greets all persons in a friendly, courteous manner and consistently demonstrates Traditional Bank service standards. (TTE)


Responsible for cross selling of bank products and services. (TTE)


Consistently ask for customer referrals and offer supporting materials at all customer interactions. (TTE)


Ability to understand and explain policies and procedures that affect customers.


Knowledge of and ability to explain Traditional Bank products and services including checking and savings, mobile banking, online banking and credit cards. (TTE)


Ability to research, resolve and communicate helpful information related to products and service issues presented by customers.


Support of other Traditional Bank departments in fulfilling customer needs.


Executes daily banking transactions in branch and through drive-up banking including but not limited to customer deposits, check cashing, issuing official checks, change orders, redeeming savings bonds and assisting customers with access to safe deposit box.


Processes customer payments including loan payments, safe deposit box fee payments, credit card payments.


Maintain cash drawer daily; scan work into remote capture system.


As needed balance and maintain ATM, assist with coin counter, perform vault duties, and issue debit cards.


Ability to manage customer inquiries related to checking, savings and other accounts.


Ability to research and identify customer issues in online banking. (FXIM)


Upholds all regulatory standards as outlines by BSA department including but not limited to holds, CTR’s and OFAC.


Adhere to audit standards as outlines by branch administrator and Banking Center Manager.


Completes all online compliance training as required.


MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

1. High school diploma or equivalent.


2. Interpersonal skills necessary to establish a courteous and friendly relationship with customers and the ability to interact effectively with work group.


3. Basic math skills to maintain and balance a cash drawer with accuracy.


4. Basic P.C skills necessary to operate a computer display station required in daily duties.


5. Ability to exercise confidentiality and exercise good judgement in decision making.


6. Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.


7. Must be a team player.


8. Must be willing to work at all market locations as needed.


9. Must be available to work on Saturday.
