(15 hours per week) Tues/Wed/Fri 9a-2p **Must be bilingual**
Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, is seeking reliable direct support staff to provide one-on-one non medical care to our intellectually disabled clients.
Job duties include: (experience required)
- Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Companionship
- Light housekeeping and chores
- Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
- Assist in providing a safe environment for client
- Meeting individual goals and outcomes
- Taking clients for community outings and activities
Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:
This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
