Additionally, an interest in Industry 2.0 and unified namespace principles is highly desirable to drive digital transformation within procurement and packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the company's sustainability goals and overall strategic plan.
- Lead the procurement and packaging functions, ensuring the company secures high-quality, sustainable packaging solutions, botanical ingredients, and other necessary materials at optimal cost.
- Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to align packaging initiatives with brand values and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage Industry 2.0 and unified namespace principles to integrate smart packaging technologies into operations.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or packaging within CPG, food, pharmaceutical or supplement industry.
- Proven experience in sustainable packaging development and supplier management.
- Strong background in sourcing agricultural ingredients and replenishment materials.
- Experience in managing global supply chains and international sourcing.
- Expertise in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and knowledge of planning systems where Kinaxis software is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
