Traditions at Brookside is seeking to hire a Part-time Evenings / Nights Resident Assistant. The caregiver responsibilities include :
- Provide direct resident care in accordance with each residents individualized plan of care
- Documentation of care
- Promote resident rights and honor residents’ choice
- Engage residents in meaningful activities utilizing company memory support programs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents
- Promote and support teamwork
