Job Title: Community Banking Associate I (Bank Teller)

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers courteously, following Bank Service Excellence Standards.
- Transactions: Handle deposits, cash checks, process payments, and sell Official Checks.
- Cash Management: Maintain and balance cash drawer, process night and mail deposits, and service ATMs.
- Customer Needs: Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate team members.
- Referrals: Generate referrals to internal Business Partners.
- Compliance: Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Accurate cash handling skills and customer service experience.
- Skills: Reading, writing, grammar, math, interpersonal, communication, attention to detail, organization, and basic computer skills.
- Physical: Ability to lift/move 20 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
