Regional Director of Sales

The RDS will be responsible for driving key initiatives and leading the execution within their geography. The RDS will be responsible for driving business results through effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's Degree - Advanced degree a plus
7 years in healthcare industry with 3 years of Sales Management preferred
Licensure : Current driver’s license
Knowledge and Skills :
Transportation : Reliable transportation and valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance
Travel : Frequent, overnight travel (25-40% of the time)
Environmental and Working Conditions :
Reliable transportation and valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Physical and Mental Effort :
Prolonged sitting and some standing is required. Occasional need to lift, pull, carry and push items weighing up to 50 lbs. Frequent need to stoop, kneel, and reach while accessing files. Requires working under some stressful conditions to meet deadlines and agency needs. Requires excellent problem-solving skills.
Essential Functions :
Compensation Range : $115,200.00 - $140,800.00
