Traditions Home Health Services is seeking Home Health Aides in the Stoughton area for Weekend morning shifts. HHA would assist our female client with safety monitoring, personal care, companionship, meals, light housekeeping.

As a HHA at Traditions Home Health Services, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to our patients. Your tasks will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols. With our emphasis on excellence and integrity, you will be expected to deliver high-quality care with honesty and reliability.

YOU MUST HAVE:
1.Home Health Aide Certificate
2. 2 years' experience working with certification
3. A reliable car and insured
4. Speak, read, write the English language.
5. Have ability to work weekends.
6. You must own a cell phone. Documentation completed on App.
7. You must be able to pass a criminal background screening.
