What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aides position at Traditions Home Health Services?
Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide for the Onset area to assist with our Veteran male client.
Shifts Available:
3 days per week: 5-hour days, preferably 9a-2p Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Job Description:
- Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
- Assist with Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, dishes
- Encourage walking, exercising
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
- Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
