Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced female Home Health Aides to assist with our geriatric aged client who resides in the Canton area. Available Shifts : Monday and Thursday 12p-5p HHA Job Responsibilities : - Assisting with daily living activities, - Monitoring vital signs, facilitating daily exercises according to the client's care plan, performing range of motion exercises, and walking. - Assisting the client with her meals in accordance with the client's care plan and ensuring adequate fluid intake throughout the shift. - Adhering to infection control protocols. - Administering medication reminders and assisting with the application of eye drops, ointments, creams, and ear drops. - Conducting household support such as laundry, folding, putting away clothes, changing sheets, vacuuming, washing dishes, and dusting to maintain a safe and clean home environment for the client. - Providing transportation for outings, errands, and appointments, if needed. - HHA would monitor and assist client with ambulation, client is a fall risk. - Proficient in dementia care. - Competently documenting shift activities digitally using a smartphone frequently during the shift. - Competently documenting during the shift client's fluid intake and meals eaten - Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
