Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced male Home Health Aides to assist with our Male clients who are Veterans. Our Veterans are looking for assistance in their own homes.
Job Description:
- Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
- Assist with Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, dishes
- Encourage walking, exercising
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
- Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
