Cart Attendant (Food Only Nonalcoholic Beverages)
As a Cart Attendant at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food cart services. Your dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high standards will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food items from the cart, ensuring they meet established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in and around the cart, including sanitizing surfaces and properly disposing of waste.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of food products.
- Assist guests with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and securely.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a Chickasaw Nation Gaming Badge (if applicable).
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license (if applicable).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Uphold a polished and well-groomed appearance that meets company uniform requirements during all work-related activities.
