Overview:
Traditions of America, a nationally recognized builder of 55 resort-style communities, seeks motivated and highly organized Construction Project Managers at locations throughout Pennsylvania and Virginia. In this fast-paced and detail-oriented role, the Construction Project Manager will oversee the home building process from start to finish. You will be the primary on-site manager of a multi-million dollar residential development and work one-on-one with subcontractors and homebuyers, alike. Opportunities to interact directly with Executive Management Team. This position has significant room for advancement.Job Description:
- Oversight of all aspects of the residential construction process, including scheduling and supervision of subcontractors and trade partners
- Regular customer interaction and relations
- Quality control and code compliance inspections, including job safety compliance to OSHA and SWPPP standards
- Material ordering and management
- Managing warranty and service work assignments
- Ensuring site cleanliness
Job Requirements:
- Prior residential construction experience, minimum 2 years
