What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Weekend Sales Administrator/Greeter position at Traditions of America?
Traditions of America, award-winning home builder of active 55 communities, is seeking an exceptional Weekend - Part Time Sales Administrator/Greeter for our Brandywine Farms Community. Candidate must be energetic, a fast learner, and possess excellent attention to detail, strong computer knowledge, and customer service skills. Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays. Hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM during daylight savings time and 9 AM to 5 PM during the winter months.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Providing administrative and organizational support
- Customer service
- Support for the Sales and Design Team
- Opening and closing the model homes
- Answering telephones
- CRM data entry and reports,
- Interacting with prospective home buyers in the community
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
