SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTIONS
The Shift Supervisor provides nursing related services to residents consistent with each resident's comprehensive assessment and plan of care. The Shift Supervisor maintains a homelike environment for the residents, protects and promotes resident rights, and assists the person to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible. The Shift Supervisor sets up, administers, and records certain prescribed medications for residents in the facility under the supervision of a licensed nurse and as allowed by State regulatory agencies.
NON-ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
