A Land Surveying Technician is responsible for assisting in the collection and analysis of data related to land, property boundaries, and topographical features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting land surveys for various purposes, including property boundaries, construction projects, and land development.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, lasers, and levels to collect data.
- Provide technical support to senior surveyors and engineers on land surveying projects.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed while working in the field, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Skills & Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Work Environment:
- Fieldwork will involve working outdoors in various weather conditions, rugged terrain, and sometimes remote locations.

Pay: $37,500.00 - $42,000.00 per year
