What You'll Do:
Traeger is on the lookout for a Digital Retail Marketing Specialist to join the team and help grow our business with key retail partners. The Digital Retail Marketing Specialist will be responsible for helping to manage and develop strategy for marketing efforts with our key partners like Home Depot, Ace, and Scheels. If you love digital marketing, eCommerce, learning, and good food then you may be a good fit for this position.
How You'll Help Us Win:
- Campaign Management:
- Create, launch, and manage PPC campaigns, including PLA’s, Banner Ads, Home page placements, etc. to meet company objectives.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research and optimize ad targeting to maximize campaign performance.
- Manage and Request Content/Assets:
- Recognize asset and content needs for each retailers’ campaigns.
- Keep a cohesive voice across our retailer’s paid media efforts.
- Test different assets to find what works best on each platform and create roadmaps for each retailer’s best practices/ top performing creatives.
- Bid Management:
- Monitor and adjust keyword bids to achieve optimal ad placement, return on ad spend (ROAS), sales, and total advertising cost of sale (TACOS).
- Implement bid strategies and budget allocation based on goals.
- Keyword Research and Optimization:
- Perform in-depth keyword/category research to identify high-converting and relevant search terms.
- Continuously optimize keyword lists, ad copy, and competitors in the space to improve campaign performance.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders on campaign performance
- Budget Management:
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated budgets while maximizing results.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute advertising strategies aligned with our objectives and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suit (mainly in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proactive/self-starter - has great work ethic and looks for opportunities to learn and improve
- Passion for data, analytics, and campaign performance/optimization
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and still meet/beat KPI’s
- Great organizational processes to make sure all assigned tasks are completed on time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Not afraid to ask questions but able to do research and solve certain problems individually
- Strong team player - be able to work well with team members across different departments
