What You'll Do:
Treager is seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our Technology team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our applications.
What You'll Help Us Win:
- Automation: Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Kubernetes Management: Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Cloud Services: Utilize Azure and AWS to design and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
- Networking:Configure and manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Gitlab CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Monitoring and Alerting: Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to issues proactively.
- Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure systems can handle growth and peak demand.
- Infrastructure as Code: Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, and SAM
- DB Management: Maintain, monitor, and backup various datastores (Timescale, MSSQL, Postgres)
What You’ll Need to Succeed:d
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
- Expertise: Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, and networking.
- Programming: Proficiency in one or more modern languages
- Tools: Experience with PowerShell and DB Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, or networking.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus/Loki/Cloudwatch
- Knowledge of management tooling such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Experience in AD/365/MDM/Fortinet
