What You'll Do:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Operations Specialist. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping create engaging online experiences. As a Web Ops Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing web content on meater.com and Shopify stores. You will ensure our online content's accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness as you help drive traffic, engagement, and ultimately, business success.
How You'll Help Us Win:
- Publish and maintain web content on meater.com globally, including shop home pages, landing pages, product detail pages, and recipe content.
- Organize assets and content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Assist the team with product merchandising in alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing web content to identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, design, analytics, and engineering, to coordinate content initiatives and support overall digital marketing efforts.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 2-3 years of non-internship work experience in Marketing or eCommerce, web content coordination preferred
- Strong understanding of Shopify CMS
- HTML/CSS skills are a plus
- Good understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Passionate about technology
- Creative thinker with attention to detail
- Strong writing and editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail and grammar.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
