What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sanitation Manager position at Traffic Engineering Services?
We are looking for a Sanitation Manager to join our headquarters in Elkridge, MD. At Traffic Engineering Services, the Sanitation Manager will report to the Operations Director . The Manager will be responsible for generating and coordinating the sanitation drivers. This person will need to have strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
This is exciting position is with TES's growing Sanitation Division!
A sample of the Sanitation Dispatcher's duties include:
- Review the daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled and projected jobs.
- Coordinate with estimators and project managers for large projects.
- Generate the schedule from the jobs list.
- Communicating the schedule to the sanitation employees.
- Manage the Sanitation Drivers and Dispatcher
- Client development to ensure growth metrices are met
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong communication and computer skills are required
- Previous experience in sanitation, or similar industry, preferred
- Previous experience in high-volume scheduling, preferred
