As a Safety Operations Supervisor (SOS) at Traffic Management Inc., you are responsible for the safety, operational excellence, and well-being of the most important asset at our company our employees. As an individual, you will lead by example, listen intently, and follow up on issues raised by team members at all levels in the organization.
As a key member of the branch leadership team, you will both understand the big picture of where we are going as a company while being hands-on in the day-to-day operation to make it happen.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborates frequently with colleagues across functional departments, such as HR, Sales, Procurement, and maintenance teams, ensuring that business and operational objectives are met.
- Collaborates with stakeholders at all levels to support corporate, regional, and branch initiatives, and serves as a visible driving force in the areas of responsibility and scope of control.
- Optimizes business operations by creating, modifying, and enhancing SOPs.
- Supports engagement programs to attract new employees and enhance existing employee loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.
- Attracts, hires, leads, and develops a diverse team of Drivers, Helpers, and / or Dispatchers.
- Provides coaching, feedforward, and challenging assignments to team members, fostering their growth and development.

The pay range for Safety Operations Supervisor candidates in Fort Wayne, IN will range between $47,819.00 - $66,853.00 per year.
