- Promote Accountability: Take the lead on corrective actions, coaching, and incident investigations to maintain a safe and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Operations Administration: Manage requisitions, assets, and inventory with cutting-edge technology, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Field Safety Supervision: Conduct safety inspections and enforce hazard prevention protocols, keeping safety at the forefront.
- Fleet & Facilities Management: Ensure all vehicles and facilities are compliant, secure, and maintained to the highest standards. Reviews DVIR tickets for repair. Analyzes reports to ensure equipment utilization.
Bring Your Skills:
- Leadership Experience: Ideally, you have experience in a safety-first role with a strong background in leading diverse teams.
- Certified & Ready: Certifications like OSHA 30 and Certified Safety Professional are preferred. A valid driver's license with 3 years driving experience is required.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changes, problem-solve, and make swift, sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web and app-based tools to streamline daily operations.
