Your Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain traffic control zones for construction and utility crews.
- Direct traffic flow safely around work sites.
- Communicate clearly with drivers, pedestrians, and job site teams.
- Assist with equipment setup and breakdown at the start and end of shifts.
- Operate company vehicles when required.
What You Need:
- A valid driver?s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical Endurance ? Ability to stand 8-12 hours/day and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Decent Communication Skills ? English proficiency required for safety coordination.
