What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager position at Traffic Planning and Design?

Duties and Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :
- Manage transportation projects and tasks involving highway, bridge, and traffic improvements.
- Coordinate effectively with local, agency, and state staff and officials, and with internal task leaders and staff.
- Manage, review, and sign / seal plans and reports.
- Possess a working knowledge of transportation-related activities such as environmental clearance, environmental permitting, utility clearance, right-of-way clearance, etc.
- Possess a working knowledge of pre-bid documents such as tabulation sheets, summary sheets, pre-bid construction schedules, construction cost estimates, etc.
- Manage and mentor junior staff, and coordinate effectively across teams within the company.
- Actively participate in the company's business development activities such as meetings, networking, statements of interest, qualifications packages, technical proposals, price proposals, etc.
- Actively participate in the company's professional development program, which includes participation in industry organizations such as ACEC / PA, APC, ASCE, etc.).
