Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of TPD by creating and maintaining project proposals, business registrations, and corporate communications, including executive, employee, and marketing communications.
  • Organize and support TPD’s Process Marketing efforts by effectively communicating TPD’s qualifications and experience for the purpose of maintaining existing relationships and fostering new ones with both staff and clients.
  • Marketing and Communications:
    • Support the Proposal Manager and Marketing Manager as needed.
    • Organization, standardization, and streamlining of TPD’s marketing materials and practices.
    • Assist with various administrative-related duties including but not limited to; printing, binding, and assembling proposal submissions; updating spreadsheets and proposal tracking databases; etc.
    • Management and continuous upkeep of Marketing templates.
    • Conduct searches for pertinent project advertisements.
    • Prepare and send corporate communications regarding pursuits.
  • Proposal Management:
    • Review RFPs and assist the Proposal Manager and Engineering staff in the preparation of statements of interest and similar responses from start to finish.
    • Assist in driving the proposal process to monitor progress and stay on top of critical deadlines to make certain submissions are completed on or ahead of schedule.
    • Organization, tracking and preparation of registrations to do business, qualifications & experience packages, along with all related documents and forms required to pursue project opportunities with various agencies.
    • Maintenance, utilization and possible development of informational databases to assist with the assessment of potential project and teaming opportunities.
    • Organization and maintenance of tracking tools for TPD’s qualifications, credentials, and project experience.

Job Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience in a related field.
  • Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a related field and/or experience that demonstrates the potential for success in this role.
  • Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.

Pay Range: $21/hour to $25/hour
