What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traffic Supervisor position at Traffic Safety Solutions?
At Traffic Safety Solutions, LLC we are looking for a Field Supervisor/Manager to assist in guiding and teaching our team members.
Requirements:
· High school
· OSHA 30
· Excellent knowledge of MUTCD standards
· ATSSA certified
· TCS certified
· WTS certified (or ability to obtain)
· Valid driver’s license
Essential Functions and Skills Required:
· Proven experience with traffic control and flagging experience
· Work closely with flaggers and contractors on a daily basis to maintain a good relationship and communication with them
· Attention to detail
· Great attendance
· Field safety audits
· Training/teaching proper procedures and standards of traffic control
· Daily toolbox talks
· Organized
· Self motivated
· Commitment to safety
· Knowledge of MicroSoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Pay is based on experience
