OFFICE MANAGER
What the Job Entails:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Working alongside internal team to ensure security has the updated list of visitors each day.
- Supervise and provide support to staff.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and work alongside HR as needed.
- Ensure kitchen, social, and community spaces are kept in pristine condition.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Foster a positive and productive office environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong operational knowledge and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy, flexibility, and an outgoing personality.
- Proven ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with facilities management or logistics is an asset.
