This role involves supervising yard personnel, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records to support seamless logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage trailer arrivals, departures, and staging to optimize workflow.
- Track and verify load assignments, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Supervise yard personnel and collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive records and generate daily operational reports.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or yard management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting.
- Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (40hours per week).
- Combination of outdoor yard operations and indoor coordination.
- Availability for weekends and holidays as needed.
This is a non-management position
Salary : $64,500
