Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee trailer movements, ensure efficient yard operations, and maintain compliance with safety standards. This role involves supervising yard personnel, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records to support seamless logistics operations.
- Manage trailer arrivals, departures, and staging to optimize workflow.
- Track and verify load assignments, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Supervise yard personnel and collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive records and generate daily operational reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or yard management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting.
Work Schedule:
- Shift: Monday – Saturday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (48 hours per week).
- Combination of outdoor yard operations and indoor coordination.
- Availability for weekends and holidays as needed.
Salary : $72,500
