Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You’ll be part of a collaborative and energetic team, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the company’s continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while promoting the Tragar brand.
- Maintain a professional demeanor to establish rapport and encourage repeat business.
- Follow company protocols for quickly and favorably resolving customer complaints.
- Accurately maintain and update customer database records.
- Process payments and schedule fuel deliveries.
- Post fuel deliveries into the system.
Job Details
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday.
- Weekend shifts will be required from October through April.
- Location: On-site position in Medford, NY.
- Compensation: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience.
