Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day
financial transactions of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining
accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance
with financial regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and
proficiency in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable,
and bank reconciliations.
Process and record financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and payroll.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash
flow statements.
Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance with financial regulations.
Manage expense tracking and budgeting processes.
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoicing.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems.
Assist in preparing financial statements for management review.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
