Installation Manager to lead our installation team and oversee project quality, safety,
and efficiency.

Job Summary
The HVAC Installation Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all HVAC
installation projects. This role involves leading installation teams, working with the
Installation Coordinators and clients, ensuring adherence to project deadlines, and
maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate has significant HVAC industry
experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional
service.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Supervise and support a team of HVAC installation technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Train and develop all team members.
Assisting the Installation Coordinators with scheduling, interacting with clients and subcontractors and address any project changes.
Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, Town and Village codes, and regulations.
Ensure all jobs are complete on time and within allocated budget.
Conduct quality control checks and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
Manage inventory, tools, and equipment needed for installation jobs.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during installations and provide technical support as needed.
Maintain project records, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective management of resources.

Develop and implement processes to improve installation efficiency and team productivity.
Oversee adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 - based on experience

Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or degree in HVAC or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience, with a proven track record in a leadership or management role.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and industry regulations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 Proficiency in computer software for scheduling, reporting, and project management.
 Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Salary : $75,000 - $115,000
