Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette, directing calls to the relevant departments or personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both clients and staff.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Support office operations by maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office functionality.
- Handle inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in office software applications (eClinicalWorks) for effective data entry and document management is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- A background in personal assistant roles or clerical work will be advantageous.
