Job Description
With upto with upto 50% performance based bonus, we are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial-minded Chiropractor to join us as a Clinic Director for a portfolio of seven franchised clinics in and around Suffolk VA. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role, manage clinic operations, with a significant upside to performance based bonus.
The full-time position provides support on the 4 wall operations of each of the three clinics. Core responsibility is business growth and team development to ensure a consistent and high-quality patient experience. The Director will coach and train DCs on adjusting techniques and proper patient interaction, when necessary, based on observation. This position is responsible for leading a team at each clinic consisting of WCs and DCs while developing and implementing best practices to ensure the delivery of high a quality patient care; and while meeting performance goals for each clinic. This is a 100% field-based position; all admin/operations functions will be performed while in a clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Business and Team Leadership (40%)
· Weekly visits to each clinic, with 2 days at each clinic.
· Train DCs and WCs on clinic sales and expectations
· Schedule weekly activities on developing a sustainable pool of talent for DCs and WCs and assist in recruiting talent for the clinics
Training and Development (40%)
· Coach and guide DCs on adjustment techniques, patient services, patient visit notes, customer service, and overall patient care
· Analyze key metrics to create processes that teach new and effective behaviors that help DCs and WCs present services most effectively
· Ensure all employees have completed and passed all available training; clinic teams must demonstrate ability to apply training
· Developmental conversations during clinic visits
· Perform regular follow p training in clinic in which it is necessary, determined by clinic performance and observation
· Facilitate and follow-up on new hire training
Admin and Operations (20%)
· Daily communication and follow-up with business partners
· Daily/monthly operational functions – conference calls, KPI distribution, payroll, supply orders
Qualifications
· 4 year bachelor degree from accredited college
· A doctor of chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
· Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE
· A recent NCBE SPEC exam is acceptable alternative for Part IV
· Valid DC license in VA
· 5 years practical Chiropractic experience
· 2 years experience managing other Chiropractors
