Description:

The Crystal Reports Developer is responsible for designing, developing, coding, testing, implementing, and maintaining the Presentation, Database, and Reporting tiers for court case management systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in object-oriented development, Visual Basic .NET, T-SQL, and Crystal Reports to streamline and support standardized development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the Presentation Tier using WinForms, XML, Crystal Reports, and T-SQL.
• Investigate and resolve user-reported issues by replicating problems, analyzing code, and applying fixes.
• Follow established development practices and standards for code style, source control, and environment promotion.
• Lead full lifecycle development efforts including design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Conduct application testing to validate functionality and resolve issues.
• Analyze database models and create XML schemas (XSDs) for data retrieval.
• Gather and document system requirements related to application reporting.
• Design and maintain database code objects such as stored procedures and views.
• Tune application and database code for improved performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• At least four years of professional experience in application development.
