Job Description:

Senior OpenText Exstream Developer (Cloud Native)

We are seeking an OpenText Exstream Developer with hands-on experience in Exstream Engine, cloud-native infrastructure, and cloud-based applications. This role requires proven experience in setting up and maintaining Exstream Engine, designing templates in Exstream Designer, and implementing cloud-native solutions while adhering to industry best practices and utilizing OpenText vendor tools.

What you will be responsible for:

Exstream Engine Setup & Configuration:

• Install, configure, and manage OpenText Exstream Engine to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Exstream Engine, ensuring smooth integration with other platforms and systems.

Cloud Native Infrastructure Setup:

• Set up, and configure cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability for Exstream and other integrated applications.
• Implement and manage cloud-native tools and services to streamline development, deployment, and monitoring.

Cloud Application Development:

• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging OpenText Exstream and other relevant cloud technologies.
• Optimize cloud workflows and integrate Exstream solutions with existing cloud platform (AWS).

Template Design & Development:

• Design and develop dynamic templates within the Exstream Designer tool.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into template specifications and ensure consistency in output.

Implementation of Best Practices:

• Bring in industry best practices to the development and implementation of Exstream solutions.
• Leverage OpenText vendor tools and ensure that the Exstream solution follows standards for maintainability, scalability, and performance.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (including architects, developers, and business analysts) to deliver high-quality Exstream solutions.
• Document technical solutions, deployment procedures, and operational best practices for future reference.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with new features and updates to Exstream and cloud-native technologies.
• Proactively recommend improvements to enhance the performance and reliability of Exstream and related cloud solutions.

We need your hands-on experience in:

OpenText Exstream Engine (Cloud Native Infrastructure)

• Hands-on experience in setting up, configuring, and managing Exstream Engine.
• Experience in setting up and managing cloud-native environment (AWS) and services like Kubernetes, Docker, etc.

Cloud Application Development:

• Proficiency in developing cloud-native applications and integrating them with Exstream solutions.

Exstream Designer:

• Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining templates using OpenText Exstream Designer.

Best Practices & Vendor Tools:

• Strong understanding of OpenText vendor tools and the ability to apply best practices in development and deployment.

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as Java, JavaScript, and web services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and Agile methodologies.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
