Remedy Developer
Greenwood Village, CO 1 Year Contract
Interview Process: 1 and Done
Must-Have Qualifications:
10 years of experience working with Remedy (some flexibility may be considered).
Currently working in a Linux OS environment, or have done so within the past 2 years (no flexibility on this requirement).
Experience building custom applications within Remedy.
Strong experience in ITSM, Linux, ARS, and SQL.
Extensive experience in Remedy development (95% development-focused).
Experience with Remedy 9.1 , including senior-level support and hands-on development.
Expertise in CMDB.
Key Responsibilities:
Work extensively with Remedy as the primary ticketing system.
Respond to alarms and perform monitoring tasks as part of a NOC role.
Execute Linux OS scripts and troubleshoot basic errors.
Collaborate with teams to address performance issues.
Provide customer-facing application support and resolve system issues.
Required Qualifications:
Strong technical and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot BMC Action Request System, ITSM apps, and Oracle databases.
Experience with Linux/UNIX systems and monitoring tools.
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience in high-volume environments with multi-million customer support.
Preferred Qualifications:
BMC Remedy certifications.
Experience with custom BMC Remedy applications and network tool integrations.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Java, shell scripting).
