Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support volunteers, artists, and mentors, ensuring a welcoming and collaborative environment.
- Recruit, onboard, and train volunteers with clear roles.
- Oversee BAM! Crew youth volunteers assisting with events.
- Plan and execute art events (e.g., workshops, PRIDE booths, art markets, field trips, seasonal celebrations).
- Organize resources, order supplies, manage inventory, and track expenses.
- Collaborate on hiring and onboarding processes.
- Support youth leadership through mentorship and BYL (BAM! Youth Leaders) engagement.
- Foster creativity, inclusivity, and a sense of community among participants.
Schedule & Compensation
- Seasonal Work: Spring/Summer (April 1 – August 5) and Fall/Winter (September 1 – December 12).
- Hours: 15-20 hours per week, including administrative tasks and event management.
- Compensation: $16.25 - $18.50 based on experience
