Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Required Skills:
- Skilled home care experience - private duty nursing experience is not accepted
- Home health experience with OASIS training and experience
- IV skills and wound care
- General Medical Dx
- High risk Dx: HF, COPD, Mi, Pneumonia, Stroke
- Post-op care
- Certs required: BCLS
Unit Information:
Our patients require cardiopulmonary assessment, basic wound care, ABI compression dressing, wound vac dressing, Pleurx /Aseptdrain care, foley catheter change and care, staple/suture removal, use of glucometer, use of pro-time machine, SQ/IM injections, lab draw venipuncture, IV skills, PICC line or Midline care and dressing change, SQ port access/deaccess.
Work Environment:
We offer skilled home care services for Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial insurance. Our home skilled visits vary from 6-8 per day. We have flexible day/shift hours that can change based on the needs of the HomeCare office, including:
- Mon - Fri 8a to 5p
- Mon - Fri 9a to 6p
- Thurs- Mon or Fri to Tues shifts
- Alternating weekend shifts
We provide laptop, MiFi for internet access, and portable printers for efficient documentation. We use BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, and Ace Timesheet documentation system.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience required
- Valid drivers license and car to make home visits
- Must be COVID vaccinated or have an exemption form on file
- Must have flu shot or declination and mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work
- Self-scheduled visits and hours based on HomeCare office needs
