Role Description
This is a full-time role for a School Psychologist who will be a Lead Psychologist in the district. The School Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, counseling students, providing mental health support, and collaborating with educators and parents. Daily tasks also include developing intervention strategies, monitoring student progress, and participating in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to ensure students' educational and emotional needs are met.
Qualifications
- Must possess an Educational Specialist (Ed.S) degree, and a valid State of South Carolina School Psychologist certificate.
- Skills in Psychology and Mental Health support
- Experience in Psychological Assessment and Counseling
