Home Health PT - Everett WA and surrounding areas / Snohomish County
- Start Date : ASAP
- Shift : 8hr Days (
- This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.
- Ratios : 1 : 1 (
- May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
- Years of Experience REQ : 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience
- First-Timers Accepted : No
- Weekend REQ 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract
- Certs REQ : BCLS
- Skills REQ : Start of Care, Admissions, Case Management, Recertification, Urinary Catheter Insertion / Management, Wound Care , Phlebotomy Skills, Negative Pressure
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
- Open to accommodating block schedule? No
- Locals Accepted : Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
