Our Trailborn Grand Canyon hotel is located in Williams, Arizona, the “Gateway to the Grand Canyon,” on the historic Route 66. The hotel features 96 guest rooms, a southwestern steakhouse restaurant and bar, a large beer hall-style events space, and outdoor gathering spaces including a pool and firepit.

ABOUT OUR ROLE
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our guest rooms and public areas. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in this role. You will report directly to the Rooms Manager and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and exceeded
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all staff
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in housekeeping or related field
- 1 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a hotel or resort setting
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to speak multiple languages
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
- Work safely to prevent on-the-job accidents and injuries, wear protective equipment as required.
- Work safely to ensure company equipment is secure.
- Complete required training programs.
- Work hours may include a nonstandard workweek, overtime, and various shift work as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to remain upright continuously on a firm surface for an 8–10-hour shift.
- Must be able to move at least 20 pounds up to 5 feet high without another person's aid.
- Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
- Must be able to ascend to 12 feet in height on a ladder.
- Must be able to position oneself appropriately to efficiently make beds, carry trash, vacuum, sweep, dust and be able to assist guests with luggage and set up event rooms.

- Hospitality demands a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as the business requires coverage including seasonality– on any day at any hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
