Job Summary
Our Housekeeping Team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire resort with precise attention to detail. Room Attendants work diligently to clean all guest rooms on a daily basis within a specific deadline.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent and consistent cleaning service to all guests during the shift
- Clean guest rooms to four-star standards with attention to detail by using correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements
- Maintain good time management by always completing tasks with a sense of urgency
- Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms, as well as company and guest property
- Consistently ensure all furniture and guest room materials are in proper location, reporting damage immediately
- Actively follow safety and security procedures
- Recognize and dispatch any maintenance items or safety hazards to the appropriate team member
- Assist guests with questions and requests when approached by being aware of events and activities available at the resort
