About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Trailborn Highlands. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in menu development, recipe creation, and food preparation. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the fine dining experience that our guests have come to expect.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Southern cuisine
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
