ABOUT OUR STEWARD ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team Trailborn Grand Canyon. As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to the success of our team. You will work closely with our chefs and servers to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas as well as employee breakrooms and employee restrooms
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Sweep and mop floors, and perform other cleaning duties as assigned
- Assist chefs and servers with food preparation and service as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Hospitality demands a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as the business requires coverage including seasonality – on any day at any hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
SALARY RANGE
19.00 per hour based on experience
