What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Account Management Coordinator position at Trailer Bridge?
Summary:
Trailer Bridge is looking for energetic, talented, self-motivated go-getters to join and support our Account Management team in Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both oral and written. The Account Management Coordinator is also responsible for promoting and maintaining positive relationships with internal Trailer Bridge personnel, as well as external vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Essential Functions:
- Generate and Distribute Daily booking reports, SB and NB Manifests, Daily state of Operations.
- Provide Back up to ACM AR Coordinator.
- Assist NIT/ POV Team when needed with incoming calls and other tasks.
- Manage Psigen ( Port Docs)
- Manage RVI ( NB/ SB/ POD Docs sent by customers and ACMs)
- Create and amend codes in Journey as requested by Account Mangers.
- Responsible for prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer issues or escalation to the assigned account manager
- Prepare customized reports for specific customers as needed.
- Generate and Distribute Weekly Equipment status reports. Escalate aging equipment issues as needed with Account managers and Sales Representatives.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- High School Diploma, Associate's degree preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to analyze data and circumstances
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while continuing to meet deadlines
- Energetic and positive attitude
